I first started working with Rhoys at the end of last season. He proposed and implemented a dietary plan for me to follow during the off-season. The information and dietary plan was easy to follow, allowing me to focus solely on my training, ready for pre-season ahead.

I was looking for someone to help my son increase his bodyweight, something he has struggled with previously. I felt this would help him compete and develop as a player.

Rhoys, explained the importance of energy balance, as well as the demands of my son’s sport. When suffering a knee injury that resulted with my leg being in a fixed brace and the leg immobilized. Rhoys reached out to me and explained the importance of nutrition.
